Description

The Droplet Ceiling or Wall Light is the miniature version of its larger predecessor, the Droplet Ceiling Light. Designed by Ross Lovegrove for Artemide it displaysLovegrove's sensitivity towards organic and natural forms.

Droplet recreates the serene properties and adaptable quality of water. Realistic ripples adorn the surface of the painted circular die-cast aluminium reflector, indicating the emergence of one droplet shaped polished chrome diffuser.

This miniature version can be fixed to a wall or ceiling, each composition revealing its enchanting characteristics. A soft light is projected towards the round base highlighting the gentle diffracted waves and fascinating patterns.
