Belvisi Furniture delivers throughout the UK and internationally around the world.
Delivery to Scotland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and all other UK and Irish islands will be subject to delivery charges. Delivery, are based on size, weight and destination. Please contact the Showroom on 01223 327463 for international shipping costs.
Please note: all our furniture is made-to-order. As all our furniture will be made specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once the order has been placed. This includes all made-to-order items as well as orders that have been put into production as per the customer’s individual specifications – eg. a specific finish or upholstery colour. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but rest assured, your item will be expertly crafted from the finest materials just for you.
Delivery times for products ordered from suppliers vary but they are stated with each product on the web site. If you have specific requirements, an order may take longer before it is in stock but most of the times our suppliers will complete an order in less time.
Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will contact you with a delivery date.
Once a delivery date has been agreed, please ensure that someone will be there to receive the goods. Our delivery team will call you en route to give you an estimated time of arrival. Please make sure that we have your correct contact details.
The customer has to inspect the goods thoroughly before accepting delivery and providing a signature for receipt. If there is any damage or any missing items, please inform the showroom immediately.
We do provide a fitting service as well but with an extra charge.
Please note: Deliveries during August and December will be subject to a 2 week delay due to the European Summer and Christmas factory closures.
