Shipping Policy
Belvisi Kitchens & Furniture delivers throughout the UK and internationally around the globe. Delivery is FREE to all our customers who live on the UK mainland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland mainland.
Delivery to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and all other UK and Irish islands will be subject to delivery charges. Delivery charges outside the UK Mainland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland mainland are based on weight and destination. Please contact the Showroom on 01223 327463 for international shipping costs.
Your order
Once your order is in stock, we aim to dispatch within 14 days but please allow 28 days for delivery.
Your delivery
Once your order is ready for dispatch, our delivery team will contact you with a delivery date. The delivery team operates
Monday to Friday 8am-8pm. Once a delivery date has been set, please ensure that someone will be there to receive the goods.
If required, our delivery crew will call you en route to give you an estimated time of arrival. Please ensure that we have
your correct contact details. All furniture will be delivered to the room of your choice, unpacked and assembled. The packaging
will be removed. If you choose to assemble the furniture yourself after delivery, you will be required to state this on the
Proof of Delivery document.
Please inspect the goods thoroughly before accepting delivery and providing a signature for receipt. If there is any damage or any missing items, please inform the showroom immediately.

The show room will be open to the public every Saturday from 10.00 am to 17.00 and Sunday from 10.00 am to 16.00pm. Outside those hours to avoid disappointment if all the designers are busy, call and make an appointment.
